If return permission is granted, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No cash refunds will be made. Instead, store credit will be issued in the amount of the returned item, which can be used on any future purchases from our online store. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

If the returned item is not in the same condition as when you received it, we reserve the right to refuse permission to return or reduce the store credit value.

Returns of sale or liquidation products will not be accepted. Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted either.
