All our products are made and exported from Colombia and imported to the USA, which means we already cover that fee. If you are in the USA and the product is shipping within the USA, you will only be responsible for the cost of the product and shipping.

However, if the product is purchased and shipped outside of the United States, you will be responsible for any applicable customs or clearance fees (also known as tariffs) in that country. Neither Shape Up nor the shipping company is responsible for those charges — they are the buyer's responsibility.

Please contact us as soon as possible to submit a claim with the shipping company. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled due to having only defective items in stock, because the item is no longer available, or for other applicable reasons.

We are proud of the quality of our products, and if a product is found to be defective and the damage is not the shipping company’s responsibility, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.

📏 Our products are Colombian made, which means sizing may differ slightly from other brands. That’s why it’s best to use a measuring tape at home to take your measurements and compare them to our chart.

🧼 Garment Care & Washing Instructions

👙 Shapewear:

  • Cold water, by hand or machine.
  • Do not use hot water or a dryer.
  • Some styles contain gel that may be weakened by heat.
  • Spin cycle is okay.
  • Air dry only (they’re quick-drying and ready by the next day).

🪡 Bras:

  • Hand washing is recommended to help preserve cup shape.

🩷 Stick bras (reusable adhesive bras):

  • not wash with water.
  • lint-free cloth to clean and reuse.

👖 Jeans and other garments:

  • cold water to help maintain fabric quality.
